Bencini Koroll 24 S Milano

Images by Steven & David Aimone taken with the Bencini Koroll 24s Camera

Both Steven and David have used the Bencini Koroll 24s camera extensively, and you can read about the virtues and weaknesses of this vintage Italian camera by clicking the button link below:

But this post is about the images that the camera produces and we’d like to know what you think in the comments below!

The gallery is a selection of images from this camera by both Steven and David, showing the range from almost traditionally sharp to showing quite a bit of this camera’s unusual characteristics.

The images are great – just soft enough to identify the camera as an “oldie” and yet there’s plenty of detail and the contrast is good. I suspect some of the beauty of these photos lies in the skills you guys have in exposing and processing (one of those “individual results may vary” things). I have a number of old cameras and shoot sometimes with an AGFA “Clack” from the mid-50’s (as you know). My results don’t nearly equal yours. Now I want a Bencini, though my results still would not equal yours. The Bencini is also a cool looking camera!
